Products
Fly-Belts sells belts reproducing the design of commercial aircraft seatbelt buckles, adapted for daily wear. Descriptions and photos are as accurate as possible; slight color variations may appear depending on screens. Products are offered within the limits of available stock. Should a product become unavailable after an order is placed, you will be notified as soon as possible and the relevant order will be refunded.
Prices, payment and offer validity
All prices are listed in euros (EUR), including all taxes. Shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum order. Prices and offers remain valid for as long as they are displayed on the site, within the limits of available stock. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and various local payment methods. Payment is due immediately upon order and the sale is perfected upon payment confirmation.
Shipping
Orders are prepared and shipped from Paris within 1 to 2 business days via La Poste, with real-time tracking included. Delivery times run from shipment: 2 to 5 business days for the European Union, 5 to 15 business days for the rest of the world. Shipping is free worldwide, no minimum order. Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties and taxes on arrival, set by the destination country and payable by the recipient under local regulations.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any justification or bearing any penalty. Beyond this statutory right, Fly-Belts extends this period to 30 days on a commercial basis (see section 6). To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us an unambiguous request through our contact form (fly-belts.com/pages/contact), indicating your order number and your intention to withdraw; this form serves as the standard withdrawal form. We acknowledge receipt of your request within 1 to 2 business days and provide you with the return address. The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your decision. A full refund (product + initial standard shipping costs) is issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, to the payment method used for the original order. Direct return shipping costs remain at your expense. In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, certain products may not be subject to withdrawal, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, no justification required. Items must be unworn, in their original pouch and in perfect condition. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, wherever they are in the world. Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method within 1 to 2 business days of receiving and inspecting the return (the credit may appear a few days later depending on your bank). Beyond the statutory conformity warranty (French Consumer Code art. L.217-3 et seq.) and the statutory warranty against hidden defects (French Civil Code art. 1641 et seq.), Fly-Belts provides a lifetime warranty on the buckle against manufacturing defects, mechanical failure and faulty release or locking mechanism. For any claim, reach out through our contact form with your order number; a short video of the defect may be requested for verification. Not covered: normal cosmetic wear (micro-scratches, aluminum patina, use marks), strap wear or damage (stains, discoloration, fraying), damage from abnormal use (cuts, burns, chemicals, modifying or dismantling the buckle), as well as loss, theft or misplacement.
After-sales service and claims
For any question, complaint or order-related request, contact us through our contact form at fly-belts.com/pages/contact. We reply within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday (French public holidays excluded). This is the primary and recommended channel for any interaction with customer service.
Transfer of ownership and risk
Products ordered remain the exclusive property of Fly-Belts until full payment is received. In accordance with article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code, transfer of risk (loss, theft, damage) occurs upon actual receipt of the parcel by the customer or by any person designated by the customer to receive it.
Force majeure
Fly-Belts shall not be held liable for the non-performance or delay in the performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code (natural disaster, strike, pandemic, armed conflict, postal network disruption, failure of a critical service provider, etc.). The parties’ obligations are suspended for the duration of the event, without compensation. If the impediment lasts longer than 30 days, the affected order may be cancelled and refunded.
