Fly-Belts, in the case of acceptance of an order, agrees to sell and deliver to the customer the products ordered as specified above. Fly-Belts ensures to verify that products comply with French regulations. The client undertakes to tell Fly-Belts an address to where the delivery can be performed. Relevant information (name, address, telephone, email address ...) collected for the contract of sale is mandatory. This information is essential for processing the delivery of the goods and preparing invoices. Lack of information leads to the non-confirmation of the order. If an error in providing this information is made, Fly-Belts cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver the product. In this case, the client remains entirely responsible for payment. Fly-Belts can change shop administration & display, shop offers, products, guidelines, pricing, availability, business operations, and order processing at any time, temporarily & permanently.

The general terms & conditions of sales apply exclusively to current and future trade relations between Fly-Belts and its customers. This rules will clarify the rights and obligations of the purchaser in respect of products sold on www.fly belts.com. In case of effective order, the contract falls under the regulation of distance selling and is subject to French laws & regulations. Offers and prices contained on www.fly-belts.com are valid as long as they are visible on the site and that, within the limits of available stocks. They are tax included and governed by French law. Fly-Belts may amend these terms and conditions at any time, subject to modifications appear on the site www.fly-belts.com. In case of any conflict, the general sales terms & conditions applicable are those that were in effect when ordering.

✈ Products

Products can be added or removed from the site www.fly-belts.com without notice. The pictures present the products offered on www.fly-belts.com can be subject to slight variations in colors due to studio lighting, it is therefore outside the scope of the contract. The items offered are in accordance with French legislation. Fly-Belts cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury that may occur in the use of items sold.

✈ Order

We pledge to accept your order under these terms & conditions. Please note that we will fulfill your order within the limits of our stocks. If, despite our best efforts, the products are unavailable (out of stock ,...) after your order, we will contact you by email to notice you. Fly-Belts offers you either to wait 30 days maximum or offer you a full refund. By confirming your order, you accept all these terms & conditions of sale available to you on the site, and acknowledge them. This confirmation and all the data we have recorded will constitute proof of our transactions.

✈ Prices

All prices in Euro, convertible in any currency by Paypal, are inclusive of all taxes, shipping fee to France is free, and 5€ for the rest of the world. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but we are committed to apply the prices that were displayed at the time of your order, proofed by the invoice.

✈ Payment

The payment is valid immediately on the date of the order. The secured platform offered through the online store is Paypal. Paypal payment is in accordance with international regulations concerning credit and debit cards, distance selling and online payment. Payments are to be made by credit card via the encryption system SSL secure 256 of the company Paypal. In case of any problem with the payment platform, Fly-Belts cannot be held responsible and the customer shall clear his situation with Paypal Support.

✈ Delivery, postage and delays

Currently, deliveries are possible worldwide. Unless otherwise specified, delivery is made to the address you provided when ordering. Risk transfer is made upon receipt of the email informing the customer tracking number of his La Poste’s package. Prices : Fly-Belts offers a free delivery for shipping addresses located in Metropolitan France. For any other destinations it is 5€.

Deadlines : Fly-Belts is not responsible for any of the deadlines managed by the carrier. The delivery can vary from 2 to 30 working days after confirmation of your order, depending on your exact location. However, Fly-Belts takes the responsibility to give the package to the carrier, La Poste French Offical Postal Services, within 2 business days and send you the tracking number by email. These deadlines are listed as indicative. If the transporter exceeds it, it cannot be a valid reason to any cancellation of the order, no reduction of the price paid by the purchaser, and no payment of damages from Fly-Belts as long as the package is delivered within 40 days of receipt of the order by Fly-Belts, email notification as a proof. The goods must be checked by the customer upon delivery. Any complaint has to be written on the delivery note presented by the carrier and may also be addressed to contact@fly-belts.com within 48 hours. Complaints about apparent defects of the delivered goods will be considered only if they are notified by mail within 48 hours of delivery and not related to the transportation of the goods, managed by the carrier. The costs of transport to Fly-Belts are supported by the client. The costs of returning to the client are supported by the client.

✈ Right of withdrawal

The buyer has the right to notify the seller that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 7 working days from the day following the delivery of the product or the conclusion of the contract service. After this period of 7 days the products delivered will be deemed to comply with the order of the buyer and accepted by it. Refund (total or partial) is done within a maximum of 30 working days of receipt of the returned goods, by a check payable to the person or the name specified in the billing information received by Fly-Belts during ordering process. Damaged or incomplete goods returned will not be refunded. Beyond this period of 7 days after delivery, the goods will not be returned or exchanged or refunded. In any case, the costs of original delivery from Fly-Belts to the buyer and the second one, from the buyer to Fly-Belts will be assured by the client. Of course, if you have to return an item because of an error on our part, shipping costs will be refunded. All claims must be sent to contact@fly-belts.com

✈ Property

The delivered goods remain our property until you have fulfilled all your obligations to us and including full payment.

✈ Privacy

You have a right to access and modify your information. Send an email from the contact section or write to contact@fly-belts.com. We will keep your personal data fully confidential.

✈ Intellectual Property

All content, text, images, photos, pictures, designs and graphics contained on the site www.fly-belts.com are protected by copyright worldwide. For this reason and in accordance with the Code of Intellectual Property, only private and free performance in an exclusive circle of family and copies or reproductions reserved strictly for private use and not intended for collective use is allowed. A lack of prior authorization in writing submitted by Fly-Belts, any other use constitutes infringement and is sanctioned by the Code of Intellectual Property.

✈ Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

These general conditions of sale are subject to French legislation. All conflicts relating to the commercial relationship between Fly-Belts and its customers are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts. In case of dispute, jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Paris, despite multiple defendants an/or warranty.
